Sensual Sundays is a weekly Kama Kula gathering, facilitated by Rebel Waters.
Kama Kula is a community rooted in pleasure, embodiment, and the intelligence of the body. Through classes, conversations, and shared practices, we explore what becomes possible when people develop a healthier relationship with their bodies, their pleasure, and one another.
This gathering is one expression of that mission. When you show up on a Sunday morning, you are not simply attending a class. You are entering a living community — one that gathers weekly, returns to the body together, and practices something most of us were never taught.
Most people were never taught what to do with their arousal. We were taught to suppress it, redirect it, or discharge it — not to cultivate it. Not to live from it. This practice starts there.
The same energy that moves through arousal also moves through creativity, healing, and deep connection. These are not separate forces. They are the same current, in a body that knows how to receive it.
The same current that creates life creates everything else. Access the generative force beneath your work.
More physical energy, not less. A body that is nourished, not depleted.
The body stores what the mind has been asked to forget. Somatic practice gives it somewhere to move.
Not performance. Presence. A settled knowing that lives below the neck.
With yourself first. Then with others. In that order, always.
As a baseline. As a practice. Not just what happens in the bedroom — what the body is capable of, fully awake.
For years I thought sexual energy was something that happened only in sexual situations. Something to be managed, directed toward a partner, or suppressed when the timing wasn't right.
Over time — through somatic practice, breathwork, and patient attention to my own body — I discovered it could become a source of vitality, creativity, healing, confidence, pleasure, and deep connection.
Sensual Sundays is the practice I share from that discovery. Intimate, donation-based, held in my home.
